Discussion on the Development of a Coronavirus Vaccine

Research!America hosted a virtual discussion with experts in science and medicine on the development of a vaccine for the coronavirus pandemic. They discussed several topics, including progress made in the development of a vaccine, whether the speed in development should be a cause for concern when considering safety and efficacy, and the need for global participation. When asked about the arrival of vaccine, the participants agreed that a vaccine would unlikely be ready by November 2020.
