Our special guest for the meeting is Georgetown University Law Center Professor David Super, whose expertise spans administrative law, constitutional law, and legislation among other research-relevant areas of government policy. We’ve asked David to help clarify the administrative, statutory, and regulatory implications of Executive Branch actions that bear on our nation’s contributions to medical and health research.
