Alliance Discussion on Research!America January National Survey

With Americans preparing to cast their ballots this fall, keeping a pulse on public opinion is key! For more than 30 years, Research!America has commissioned public opinion surveys to help understand Americans’ views on medical, health, and scientific research and other pressing issues related to public health, research, and innovation.
On Wednesday, March 6 at 11 am E.T. Mary Woolley, President and CEO of Research!America, shared newly released data from a national, omnibus survey commissioned in January 2024 by Research!America on topics like support for federally funded research, trust in science, global competitiveness, and more. Following an overview of our survey results, Erin Brown, Associate Director of Communications and Marketing at Research!America, and Jenny Luray, Senior Vice President of Strategy and Public Engagement at Research!America joined the conversation for a fireside chat on the results and their impact.
